In Acts 4:32, believers shared everything, acting not as property owners but as managers. Jesus teaches in Luke 18:18-25 that true life comes from surrendering wealth and following Him. To avoid missing God’s plan, we must let Jesus be our Teacher, Savior, and Lord, humbly listen to His guidance, and recognize that earthly success cannot fulfill us. By identifying and removing idols—non-negotiable desires—we prioritize our relationship with Jesus above all. As Psalm 27:4 urges, seek to dwell with Him, centering life on Christ, redeemed by His precious blood (1 Peter 1:18-19).
